This is a service we have been offering to customers who live in communities far away from stained glass stores like ours, and can't just drop by on the way home to pick up a roll of solder to be able to finish off that lamp they were working on. We also have found that since traffic in the Greater Ottawa Area is less that ideal at the best of times, we have been asked occasionally to mail small things across town, to save people a trip in.
That's fine with us too!
We do not have an on-line catalog, or even a in-store paper catalog, as there are just so many products out there(500+ stock bevels & clusters, 200+ books, 3000+ types of glass and so on), with new stuff coming all the time(listed on the website) and older stuff being discontinued. We are a stained glass retail store, not an online, mail order outlet.
We can assist you in finding and selecting items if you do not have a particular item in mind to buy. For example, if you would like a pattern book of flowers, we would ask you, what kind of flowers you would like? a full sized pattern or one that need enlarging?, suncatchers or panels? simple or complex patterns? and how much are you looking to spend?
