Ordering Procedure

First, just call, fax, email, fill out our feedback form, or drop by, and tell us what you want. There is no minimum order, but Canada Post's minimum shipping price for a small parcel is about $4.00. We will fill your order and pack it safely. If we cannot fill your order completely, we will notify you of that before shipping it, so you can make a substitution, or wait for the item you want to arrive. Anything that we have to order in will take roughly a week to get to us.

Second, we need your address, what method of delivery you want (Canada Post/UPS/bus etc) and how fast you want it to go. We also will need your credit card information. Visa or Mastercard are accepted. We do not ship C.O.D. If you are going to be ordering on a regular basis, you can leave your credit card number on a secure file with us here in the store. We do not have the ability to securely accept credit card numbers over the internet on our website or by email, they will have to be called or faxed in.

We will send your package out by your indicated carrier first thing the next business day, and then bill you for your purchase, plus whatever the shipping costs were. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Ontario residents will have to pay 8% PST, and 6% GST. Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, and New Brunswick will be charged 14% HST. All other provinces will be charged 6% GST. International orders are not taxed. Insuring your parcel is up to you(usually $1.00 per $100 value). Insurance only covers lost parcels, not damage to your parcel or its contents.
