You can return your purchase to us as long as it has not been opened or used, for a full refund on the credit card used. However, we do not pay for the return shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for any minor glass breakage that occurs during shipping. If your glass order arrives and the majority of it is broken, make a claim to the shipping company. However, they may not insure or honour a claim for glass broken during shipping.
