And now a short story from one of our snowbird customers........

Having arrived at the edge of the river, the fisherman soon realized he had forgotten to bring any bait. Just then he happened to see a little snake passing by who had caught a worm. The fisherman snatched up the snake and robbed him of his worm. Feeling sorry for the little snake with no lunch, he snatched him up again and poured a little beer down his throat. Then he went about his

fishing. An hour or so later the fisherman felt a tug at his pant leg. Looking down, he saw the same snake with three more worms in his mouth...

SGS Glass Tips:

For Fusing:

Cleanliness is a Good Thing! To ensure your fused projects turn out nicely, make sure you clean any and all pen marks, sticker residue, grinder gunk, and fingerprints off just prior to assembling your piece to go into the kiln. Use steel wool , Goo-Gone, rubbing alcohol, warm water, whatever you have on hand and that works for you, just make it clean. Any dirt left on before firing will be fused in place and impossible to remove after a firing.

Cutting Tip:

When using the Inland Strip Circle cutter, make sure you position your cutter in a perfectly vertical position in the right slot, and tighten the screw as tight as it will go. If your cutter is not vertical, your scored circle line will not match up when you come back to your stating point. If your cutter is not tightly fixed in place, it may drift out of a vertical alignment and throw off your score line.
