New Stuff

We have been bugging our suppliers every week for more new stuff to satisfy the glass appetites in Ottawa to that end,

We have begun buying EDCO COPPER FOIL directly from the factory, making it cheaper than ever!

It comes in a typical 36 yard roll.

The silver is a little more than the other brand, but, hey, it actually sticks!

The copper is the same price, and the black is cheaper than that other brand. The quality is there and you can feel it the difference.

New Glass

Not much to report here, just a new Yogi, 5000SP Mauve, $18.95 sq. ft.

New Bevels

2" x 2" square with dichroic & sandblasted checkerboard pattern on top, $2.75 each.

GST Bevels

Wheat cluster in yellow, very nicely shown in the new GST book "The Next Book" - Priced at $89.95.

New Damselfly clusters that come in either Yellow, Blue, Green, or Amethyst. Look great and due to a manufacturing foul up they are all the same color instead of having clear wings.

Get these now before they replace them with the proper stock and the price goes up . These oddities are now specially priced at $ 51.95.

New Books

Too many to list them all, but the best recent releases are

"Masks in Stained Glass", and "Your Stained Glass Teacher", or GST's "The Next Book", and lastly the fifth in Wardell's Windows series, "Windows from a Different Perspective". You will find these books laid out on the back table near the lead.

Handy Hangers

$1.75 a pair. These little brass gizmo's fit in the empty back side of zinc came used to frame your panels. Look great, easy to use, just tin them first !

Weldbond Glue ; It does stick stuff together , but more importantly this stuff sticks almost everything together , see the display board in the store of sample uses .
I have used the stuff for refinishing furniture in the past found it to work quite well.
