More Points to Ponder

  • A conscience is what hurts when all your other parts feel so good.
  • A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory.

SGS Glass Tips

For Fusing

The 1/4" rule, when you are going to fuse glass together, make sure it is a good 1/4" thick for best results. Use multiple layers, Double-Thick, whatever you have to do, just make it 1/4" thick so the glass will be happy and look good.

For Christmas Decorations

You can make your own twisted wire for angel halos or accents. Just take a 2 to 3 foot length of pre-tinned 20 gauge wire, fold it in half, grab the ends with your grozing pliers, and then loop the other end around a hook-screw you have already chucked into your power drill. Turn the drill on, and hold the groziers tightly, and the wire will start to twist up. Stop when it has twisted enough, cut both ends off and you're done!
