December 9th, 9:30am to 4:30pm
Drop in on the 9th for a wee bit of holiday cheer. We will have lots of Christmas goodies on hand to fill tummies. Have a laugh as the staff dress up in their holiday best. There will be a few one day only sale specials, so make time to come by.
The new Morton Circle Border cutting system demo at 12:00pm. Come see Don Abel's newest toy, it will save you a ton of glass and time, just like all of Morton's tools. It comes with Left and Right Handed Instructions and a CD-ROM with software that makes all of the calculations a breeze. A draw will be held at the end of the demo, awarding one lucky person with their own Morton Circle Border System.
Why not make that special somebody in your life a finely crafted piece of stained glass art this season? Avoid the malls. The time you save in the parking lot trying to get in, find a spot, shop, and then get back out, why, you could have finished a 1800 piece Worden Wisteria lamp.
We have revised our Class Schedule, in response to your requests. There will be a Super-Special Guest Instructor in March 2007, read on for details.
In our last issue, we mentioned the merge of our two major Canadian suppliers. The long term impact of this merge on the Canadian stained glass scene is still being addressed. We hope that all supply issues are solved by this spring, so please bear with us over this busy time of year if some stuff just doesn't appear. We are doing our best to locate and import anything that goes AWOL. Another industry notice is that anything made with metal has experienced a price increase. We will do our best to try to minimize these for you.
