Kent Lauer will be here in our studio on Wednesday, November 12th, setting up for his classes over the next 4 days. If you would like to meet Kent and see what exactly the classes involve, feel free to drop in. There is one spot left in the One Day class on Thursday, and a single spot has opened up on the One Day Friday class. Both Faceted Dichroic Pendant classes are $295, all inclusive.
The big spring stained glass show in Las Vegas, Glass Craft & Bead Expo, is now accepting registrations on line. Several very popular classes are already full, like both of Patty Gray's 2 day Advanced Fused Bowls, (at $605 US!) and all of Kent Lauer's classes. A new feature at this year's show is going to be an International Hot Glass Invitational, a competition between the world's greatest hot glass artists. It will be held on Friday and Saturday night. That means the Canadian Hot Glass Bowling team will not be able to challenge for supremacy on the bowling lanes this year.
7" wet saw for sale, $25 as is. Great for cutting thick fused glass pattern bars, ceramic tiles.
