Just a few different things to bring to your attention.

Kevin drove down to New Hampshire on the May long weekend to take a class with Kent Lauer on Faceted Dichroic Sculpture. The bright, shiny, colourful results from that class are on display on one of our moveable tables in our showroom.

We have tentatively booked Kent to come up here in November of 2008 to teach his two day Faceted Dichroic Sculpture class as well as a couple of his one day Faceted Pendant Jewelry classes. If you are interested in either of these classes, please leave your name and number with us, and we will get back to you once we have this set up. All of his classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people. Each student will have access to their own 12" ASW lap wheel for all grinding and polishing tasks for the duration of the class.

We are trying out a new line of flux. Novocan's Old Master's Flux, 8oz, bottle @ $3.95 each.

Due to unprecedented demand, we have added yet another Fusing 101 class. It will be on two Saturdays, July 19th and 26th, from 1pm to about 4pm. The class fee is $95, which covers all materials, taxes, and firings.

All Off Cuts will be remaining at $1 per square foot for awhile longer, as they keep appearing on us. Spectrum 100Waterglass, Seedy, RoughRolled, Vecchio, Baroque, Glu-Chip, and GNA Clear are styles that can be found in the Off Cut section.

Hand blown Paperweights, Balls and Vases by Leif & Vanessa Brussel, students at Sheridan College's glassblowing program. Very reasonable prices, while supplies last, or the end of the summer, whichever comes first.

We are once again supporting Children At Risk's Annual Raffle for Special Projects. Raffle Tickets are $2 or 3 for $5. 40 Great prizes to be won. Draw to be held on June 22nd at Brewer Park, at 2pm.
