Another week, another pile of new stuff to review. The used Morton System we advertised in our last New Stuff has been sold, sorry!
HotLine Shelf Primer, 24 oz. (680g), $13.95 , This smaller size would be ideal for Hot Box kilns.
Piggy Back Bead Annealer, $ 385.00. A new gizmo that sits on a Hot Box Kiln, it is made out of Fibre Blanket and Stainless Steel, with a Vermicullite roof, and a perforated stainless steel base to allow the heat from your small kiln to rise up and anneal your beads. There is a small perforated stainless steel mandrel rest that fits inside, and it has a small hinged door with a handle that allows the mandrels to stick out. It has a pyrometer that measures the temperature in its' upper chamber, but the Hot Box supplies the heat from below.
We have 1 last Evenheat Hot Box kiln (SOLD) without a Window, for sale at a one time only Sale Price of $399.95. It is brand new, still in the box. The more popular style is the version with the window, so the non-window versions are being dumped. We scooped up this last one, and are willing to sell it before October 15th, but after that we will be needing a third Hot Box for our Bracelet Making Course on the 16th.

Faerie Frolics, by Jillian Sawyer, $ 27.95, 56 pages. Another stunning book from Down Under, this one is full of very detailed Faeries riding various creatures. All of the patterns in the book are shown as a colour photograph and as a line drawing. She does suggest enlarging the patterns to about 12" x 24" in size.
Glass on Glass, by Karen K. Seymour, $ 33.95, Includes CD. A step by step book for putting stained glass mosaic designs on a tempered glass table top and grouting the finished design. A nicely done book, it is written towards those with no stained glass experience.
